We Think Twice is a youth-driven social media campaign that empowers teens to build knowledge and skills to form health relationships, set goals for the future, and feel confident in their decision not to have sex, use drugs, drink, smoke, or engage in other risky behaviors. The campaign, launched by the Family and Youth Services Bureau in partnership with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health in 2019, has a new website with a variety of tools and tips for youth.
We Think Twice amplifies the voice of youth using their voice to amplify their goals and future. The website and social media sites were designed to help youth focus on what drives them and leave the drama behind.
If you are a youth, here’s more about the We Think Twice campaign:
As teens, you face difficult decisions and challenges every day, but your generation is smart and driven. You know that having sex, drinking, and using drugs can get in the way of achieving your goals. That’s why most of you are not doing these things.
We Think Twice is a social media campaign designed with teens for teens to help teens live their best lives.
This campaign is brought to you by the Administration for Children & Families (ACF) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), with support from RTI International, who leads the campaign research, design, and implementation.
